My (very sexy) Flame Fancy male only seems interested in 1 of 3 females in a tank with no other species.
The female has recently slimmed after being ginormous for ages, and I spied 4 teeny tiny babies around the same time.
The other females are looking like they're going to explode, seems like they're ready to let the fry out, but can/will they release fry with the male being obsessed with the only non-preg female???
He is constantly on the arse of this poor lady, she's not interested at present but he won't let up.
He has 2 other girls who seem close to birth, but he's consumed by the other female.
Can I remove the male for a short period to let the females do their thing in peace?? (Feel dumb asking) but do the pregnant gups need him there to help release fry??
