"Bubble" growth on White Clouds lower lips

I have some new long-fin white clouds and have a problem I haven't seen before.
Three fish have developed what look like a single small "bubble" on their lower lips.
It's the strangest thing. Doesn't look like columnaris, the "bubbles" are in identical locations, seem like perfectly smooth surface, and they are too large to be ick. They almost look see-through (I can't tell for certain because the white clouds move so darn fast, ditto with why I can't get a photo of the things)!

Water parameters are fine, checked with API test kit, this is a very heavily planted QT tank.
Any thoughts? Anyone have experience with something similar?

did they have it when you got them or did it just appear? Sounds so wierd! Wish I could help more... gotta do some more research!

Appeared after they were in QT. Seems to be going away though. Based on my searching, it looks like it's the white-cloud equivalent of a "fat-lip" (not my term, but a good description!) from fighting with each other. I did a course of antibiotics, just in case since they were in the QT tank anyway. They look good, eating well and no other issues. Only lost one and that was one, I think, that got dropped on the fish store floor when they were being caught (got him for free anyway due to the drop).

I thought it was a little strange - the exact same growth in the exact same location, bottom lip, on each fish. The aggression injury hypothesis seems to fit the evidence!

OMG, i seriously would have left. possibly after punching him.

As for your issue, i spent around 2 hours last night TRAWLING the net for stuff on this and found........NOTHING. So im glad youve found the cause of it, hope!!!, and suppose now you'll just have to keep an eye out for re-occurance. The AB's were probably good as any scrape etc can get infected so best to prevent against this anyway no?

And at least it seems it was an even fight ;-)
