What size tank is the snail in? If you have the room, I would add a couple more. They do interact. The boys and girls interact quite often. Watch for snail clutches, they will be above the water line. Remove them, if you do not want hundreds of babies.

 

It is a 10g with a female betta. I'm gonna have 4 female bettas in there eventually. Do you think it is too small for another snail? It has a filter that is rated for a 20g too, if that makes any difference.

As long as the bettas do not pick on the snails, and they sometimes do, it should be fine.
4 bettas, in a 10 gal, you are a lot braver that I am. I have read that it can work, but them females can be something else.
In case you have not noticed yet, mystery snails poop a hole lot! So be prepared for some extra gravel cleaning!

 

haha! Yes, my snail does poop a lot, but he is so cute it is worth it!

my betta does not even take a second look at him! I have a 2g bowl that I could put him in if anything starts to go wrong... while it's not the best home, it's better then him getting stressed out!

Yes... my female is a little brat! Actually, both of my females are! LOL but i think they will be fine. The tank is HEAVILY planted.
