Sorry to here about you Guppies tale. That's why I do not keep swordtails. I bought 1 black swordtail and it was mean to all my community fish in the tank so I rehomed it. I'm not sure is you have access to Melafix or Pimafix from API but that seems to work good for torn fins also stress coat has aloe in it to heal also if you do not have the other meds. Hope your blue guppies heals soon. I had my Black Moscow guppies tail nipped on by my Wild Columbian rams in my community tank. I had to take it out. Those long flowing tails can be a temptation to other fish as they see it as food.

I am so sorry to hear about your fish. I am going through a similar situation and trying to find a solution myself. I am hoping to find good homes for a few fish as well. So far, no luck. I hope your Blue fish heals quickly, poor baby. I hate the whole aggression thing in fish.

Oh Dear, I am so sorry to hear about your little Blue fish. I so want to avoid that violence in the tank but sadly have seen a bit of it already myself. I am glad to hear that you were able to exchange your Swords and get some new fish.
