Urgent Help With Serpai Tetras

slowly all my tetras are turning ragged... and slightly black .... I've attached some pictures .... I have tried using melafix since yesterday .... not sure what I need to do or if this will spread ... pictures are of a few fish ... first picture is the worst case

Looks like ich. Raise the temp to 83F and add aquarium salt according to the instructions. What are your parameters?

Also looks fungal/bacterial to me. Salt should help with some fungal strains, but otherwise a strong antibacterial medication (for positive bacteria) may work to clear the white patches if salt doesn't work, which then suggest its bacterial.
