Sick apistogramma

Hi I have a female and male apisto. The last 24hours the female has stuck to a small corner of the tank away from where she usually stays. Not eating anything. Very slow moving and just floating. Today I found her stuck to the filter inlet. Not moving much. I had to remove her from the filter and she just floated around breathing quite heavily. Floating on her side at times too. Any ideas?

Her eye looks large. Dropsy/stunted/camera angle? Tank parameters? How long have you had them? Is the male picking on her? I would put her in a separate tank with low flow and start treating with aquarium salt and large daily water changes until you know what's up.
