Exclamation Possible Flukes infestation?!

Appears that I have an outbreak of gill flukes, possibly brought on by one of the original danios. it had trouble swimming, tail fin was just a bunch of strands and it also had a red spot right above the tailfin that turned white a few days before he passed. Since then I have had 3 dainos die from unknown causes, but all showed same symptoms of hovering right below the surface not very active, not a big interest in food. And today i just had a Tiger barb die as well... he has been shy and lethargic for a week or two, doesn't always come out to eat, but today he appeared to have a lot of trouble swimming, couldn't keep himself upright, appeared to be panting (if fish can pant) a few hours after i did a 25% water change and vacuumed the gravel, i found him floating at the top of the tank. Also added in the API general cure today... read something about adding it to their food but I'm not really sure how to do that without losing more fishies. :( please help!!
