Zebra Danios with spot on each fin

Hey everyone, I have had my aquarium going for a while and I noticed today that one of my Long Fin Zebra Danios has a white spot on each of its fins. From what I have read, it doesn't look like ick to me, but this is my first aquarium and I am not sure. I attached a couple of pics, the spots are on the fins to the side and they look quite bright in the photo. Any help would be appreciated, has anyone seen anything like this before? What do I need to do to help this fish and take care of my others?

It looks like ick but its hard to tel.

How long has the tank been set up?

What is your tank size?

What is your temperature?

What is your PH and hardness of the water?

What filter are you using?

Are there other fish in the tank, and how many?

Was the tank cycled?
