can somebody please tell me or try to explain what i need to watch for in case of internal parasites.? Is there any tell tell signs that point to parasites?

Like they way the fish dropping look or something?
I noticed that some pf the platys have very white and very long stringy droppings. Is that a sigh of internal parasites and if so do i need to treat the tank with medicated food?

Whitish and stringy poo, swollen abdomen and bulging eyes(a case of dropsy along with protrusion of scales) are a few I can mention as signs of internal parasites.

Metronidazole is recommended for treatment against internal parasites.

hopefully it will work , i just don't no how i am going to get the one to eat that wont seem to eat anything..I might try tomorrow putting him in a isolation tank to see if he will eat then..I don't know what else to try other a salt dip and i fear that might stress the heck out of him so thats definatley the last resort..

soak the food in water first to make it soft, then put it next to its face, it will try it but since its so soft it will just swallow it without the chance of spitting it out. Thats the best advise i can give.....
