This was sent to me with some endlers I ordered in, but I don't know what it is and so don't know how to properly care for it.

Looks like Glossostigma Elatinoides, to me.

It's a marsilea. Probably quadrifolia, but could be another species :)

It is a low tech carpeting plant. If it is M. quadrifolia, it will try to send clover like leaves to the surface if there is not sufficient lighting. It's one of the few aquatic ferns found inthis hobby :)

Bury everything but the little leaves, you may need to cut up the nodes to have it stay put in the substrate. it's a fairly slow grower becomes a no fuss carpeting plant once it establishes :)
