You can send a pm to the Administrator telling him you'd like to be a linking member and give him the details. He'll take care of it for you.

I always thought it was a one-way link. Meaning if you have a site you can link us to it. I'm not sure exactly what can be linked to us.
I've seen blogs linked. Not sure about that side of it.
