A lot of households have pressure washers to wash cars\patios etc, we don't mess about with the wood, just soak it for a week, then pressure wash it, do this with rocks\ stones etc
Never had any probs. with doing this, ends up clean as a whistle.

These are only our breeder tanks, it has everything the fish need and no more.
Hopefully it will show others on here the set up needed for breeding.

Below is my fathers show aquarium, I dread to think how much it has cost him to keep it pristine.
The aquarium is fully computer controlled (water levels, lighting, filtration, salinity, water changes etc)

Planaria from what I've learned isn't harmful, just not terribly appealing to look at when it takes hold.

To clear it up, simply cut back on your feeding by at LEAST half, perform 20-40% water changes every other day or every third day. Syphon your gravel all the way to the glass but only do 1/3 or so of your gravel at each cleaning or you'll remove a lot of your beneficial bacteria. No meds are needed at all during this. Mine has cleaned up pretty good.

 Crap...

I will definitely have to look into this because i'm pretty sure these "worms or parasites?" can't be good for the tank...

Regardless of what these things are the 10 Gallon Tank that they are in is getting an Overhaul pretty soon as I just got the 55Gallon I've been waiting for. :-D

The 10 Gallon is ultimately going to be a Quarantine Tank that will be located in the Basement. The driftwood that is in it is going in the 55 Gallon. That being said, the gravel will get cleaned thoroughly (Well most of it)
