I think I already know the answer, I've been around a while.
Is there such a thing as too many water changes?
Somehow, I don't think so as long as the incoming water is ok.

Nope, unless you are doing soooo many you are stressing fish (and I'm talking back to back for a few days in a row) but you can't harm your cycle doing a water change.
