YAY! They look very healthy. I recommend doing a little algae maintenance with an algae scraper if possible, however sometimes it can be beneficial in small amounts if the light is almost always on because they take a lot of oxygen when they don't have light and it can be bad for your fish.
You said they have a little more night than day? Try keeping the light on for longer, it will help the algae not take oxygen from the water and your fish might have its color returned. If they are breeding it could be quite possible they got mixed up too. It seems like a very drastic difference.
