Wow, that is quite amazing that they are nearly 20 years old. Have you kept them the entire time? I have no idea about large catfish. I hope someone has an answer for you.
Yes got them both when they were just little tiny thingsWow, that is quite amazing that they are nearly 20 years old. Have you kept them the entire time? I have no idea about large catfish. I hope someone has an answer for you.
yes ive had them all these years .. over the years we had to upgrade in tanks ... ill have t take some picsYes got them both when they were just little tiny thingsWe had 3 but the 3rd died about 10 years ago so we just kept these 2 and never added anymore fish to the tank .. They get so scared and spooked don't want to take any chances with them ... a few years ago they were spooked and one of their tails hit the heater and they both got electrocuted
it was horrible they went straight to the bottom smoking out of their mouths vomiting .. for some reason I told my hubby keep walking them .. no word of a lie 2 hours later the big one exhaled so we got him back ...then 20 minutes after the smallest gasped ... both had burns to their faces ... one cleared up but the big one has like a sore on his nose and he looks like hes got a big button on his nose now because he's skin actually grew over it ... BUt they both survived ... don't ask me why I even thought of that to walk them lol but hey it saved them ... it was so sad because they were both blind for about an hour so they kept hitting the sides of the tank so we packed towels to cushion it OMG the things we did to save them that day ... now we were trying to figure out whats going on with the big one .. not too much info on ID sharks ,,, talk to a guy he said they cant breed unless the tank it huge but it could happen ,, so we'll find out 20-40 days lol Mishee
