I know myself and others have pointed out issues in regards to some of your other threads and comments. This is the first you've mentioned them being grow out tanks, which if true is a step in the right direction.
It seems they're trying to establish dominance. That's to be expected in a tank of aggressive fish. Sometimes the weaker fish just need to stay out of the dominant fish's way. Sometimes the dominant fish won't be satisfied until it has killed the weaker fish. This is something you need watch.
