Can anyone tell me what sex my angel fish is? I've had him/her for a few months. I bought his from a walmart tank he was all eaten up but is growing and thriving now .
That's what I have gathered from all my internet searching. It looks like a male to me also, I was hoping for someone far more knowledgable than I to help I think to me he seems to have the beginning of a head bump, a forked "tentacle" I'm not sure what the correct lingo is, and he appears more rounded. The only way to truly tell is when they're ready to spawn and their breeding tubes are out. The females will be fatter and blunt, the males is more pointed. Trying to sex angels based on head shape, etc is just not reliable. Posted via Mobile Device
