Here we go.....I took the legos out and added a new plant and a platform(to the left) for the newt to be able to get 100% out of water if he wants.


The water level is Higher then it apears in the Picture.

what do y'all think?

Also I am getting a Amazon Sword(Plant) Very soon.
Today when I went to the lfs I ordered 1 From them.
Then The tank will be mostly Completed....There's still a few changes I wanna Make.

if you want to change the substrate to sand, you should do it before you add plants, plants dont like a sudden change in substrate

I've never had a problem with this.

all the articles ive read say that if you change the substrate, change 1/10th of the tanks substrate per week to prevent problems with the plant.

I changed from gravel to sand all at once in a very heavily planted tank, and never had any trouble at all.

Except for the plecos destroying my amazon swords lol
