At first I thought she had one egg that just didn't hatch, now I don't know...have you ever had a shrimp pregnant with only one egg?

Yeup. They drop out the unfertilized ones. It was a case of either poor fertilization, or the rest of the eggs died so she dropped them off. Or she just has low egg production. I've had all of the above happen before. =) I had one going around with a single egg for a while, got a cute baby out of that!
