I have 1 male 3 females that I can hardly find because they spend their time hiding from the male they don't even come out of hiding to eat what should I do. I think he's responsible for 2 previous females death by harassing them

Try getting another 2-3 females so he can spread out his aggression. Also, how big is your fish tank?
