Here are the pictures of my fish. Please help me figure out what kind of chichlids and algae eaters they are.

I need to know if this algae eater will be ok living with the chichlids. The pet store said that they would but someone earlier said that certain ones didn't do well with chichlids. Thanks for all of your help!!

It is too late for me to return them. I am dedicated to making this work that is why I am here. So are they africian cichlids? My Ph level is around 7.2. I have PH up and a buffer up. Do I need to use these? I have read in some other post that it isn't good to use and that alternative methods might be better. What are some of these? How can I keep it at a stable PH? My nitrite level is between 5.0 and 10.0 (closer to 5.0) which I know is way too high. the nitrates are 20. So it is my understanding that I should do a 10-25% water change daily until the nitrites are down. Is this correct? Do I need to add the bacteria with each change also? Thanks for all your help!

What is an established filter media? My Gh is 120 and th KH is 120 also. Can I buy the rocks you stated at the lfs as well? Are they something that will stabalize the ph for good or is it something I will have to keep adding? Someone also mentioned that I should add salt....is this something I should do? Sorry I keep asking so many questions. I just don't want to lose my fish!!
