I currently have a 165L tank with only four male guppies, 8 red cherry shrimp and a number of live plants.

The tank has been running nearly 6 weeks. I introduced the guppies after two weeks and they had been doing fine till a few weeks ago I noticed one of the guppies loosing his colour. One of the guppies had kept chasing him and never leaving him alone that I think might have lead to him getting stressed out and possibly leading to a disease.

When I woke up this morning I noticed four little white spots on his tail. I'm thinking it could be itch? Does this explain his slow lose of colour over the past two weeks? He started out red and now its a very faded red colour. The other three fish look fine at the moment. But the dominant male seems to chase and harass them as well.

Btw my readings are pH 7.8, ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 10.

I can upload some pictures if you think that might help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
