I am finally somewhat happy with the redesign and restocking of the tank that came with my new house. It looks a tad empty, but aqadvisor says it has plenty of fish. THe plants are 50/50 real and artificial.

AqAdvisor stocks EXTREMELY lightly. I have had stocking push 350% stocked on AqAdvisor. It's all about filtration and making sure the fish have adequate space. Looking good! :thumbsup:

Thank you Flint. I have a Aquaclear 110 and am also running a Marineland Biowheel 200 simultaneously. Not sure if I should continue to run both, or take the marineland out in a few weeks after the Aquaclear is well established.

I just got back from the best local fish store and picked up a beautiful big pearl gourami to add to my tank for some top level interest. I liked that I could add a single gourami and not commit to another big school... though the rosy barbs and diamond tetras really caught my eye.
