any update? i just hatched a black phantom tetra yesterday, hopin it survives as i was not ready with fry foods. gonna crush some flake food and drop it in today
Yes, the fry are six weeks old today and are turning a lovely gold color, though a few are silver. Their dragon-scaling should start showing soon. Here are a few pictures from this morning!
Wish i would have had that luck. I had one of the 5 eggs i saved hatch, and it was alive for about 36 hours after hatching and then i lost it. Good news is my Black phantom tetras lay eggs about 1-2 times a month now! I got some infusoria culturing right now in case they spawn again soon. I am learning more each time they spawn so i am looking forward to the next time.
