Trying to get my 90gal ready and so far my pH has been dropping. Please check my tank stats here: http://www.fishforum.com/trackMyTank.php?&tankId=78

According to the pH and KH readings, my CO2 level is at 76ppm which is almost 3 times what it should be. I already turned the CO2 nozzle (DIY) down about half way. Should I turn it down more or just wait a few days and let it even out? There are no fish in the tank, but will the super high CO2 harm my plants?

Too much CO2 will indeed lower further the pH. Hope your KH is not below 3. This will result to pH crash which can kill the fish FYI. Try to lower the CO2 further.
IMO 6.2 shouldn't be something to worry about. Below 6 pH will matter though. As long as the fish you choose thrive in soft water, 6.2 won't be too much of a problem.

Blue, you must not be paying attention ! My kh is 4 and there are no fish in the tank (you know I'm waiting on discus!). I guess my real question is....I turned the CO2 down yesterday, do I have to wait for it to work its way out of the system or should I turn it down even lower now?

You can displace the CO2 by putting and airstone in there or by lifting a spray bar out of the water and aiming it at the waters surface.
