Can Peru Bumble Bee Oto's fit in a 5 gallon planted tank ?

I don't believe so. I've been told 10g is the minimum for virtually all Oto's as a permanent residence, and only after it has been established with lots of readily available algae. Most sources I have found suggest 20g is the minimum.
