In nearly 20 years of keeping cichlids, today is a sad day.

I have been wanting to sell my 75g tank so I can concentrate on getting a 220g saltwater tank up and running.

Well the fish are in their new home and happy as of this post. Having spent most of the afternoon moving them, it feels and looks weird not having a 75g tank anymore, let alone 20 years of keeping cichlids has officially come to an end for me :-(

I feel your pain. I have kept cichlids continuosly for 24 years.I couldn't imagine not having any.
Guess I won't feel TOO sorry for you with your 220 gal!

I love cichlids too mate and had to rehome all mine when i moved *tear runs down cheek at fond remembrance*. I know how strange it feels to have none all of a sudden when ur used to them wagging thier tails for food and excavating homes.
