I have 18 gallon tank with 3 guppies, 1 honey gourami, 2 amano shrimp and 4 ghost shrimp. My first question is my tank overstock or is there way go for more 1-2 fish. If i can put 1-2 fish please suggest me.

Other thing I putting flake food which is always eaten by guppies and gourami fish , I was looking for some food which is go down to the bottom of tank and only eaten by my shrimps

Before adding more fish take into consideration that your guppies will be adding to your current population.

Omega One Shrimp Pellets are what my shrimp/bottom feeders eat. There's also Hikari shrimp cuisine, or you can use large NLS sinking pellets (so the other fish don't eat them.)
You can also use broken up algae wafers.

It's generally not really necessary to feed them though, they subsist off of microscopic food in the tank.
