Hi my name is Ray, i'm new to keeping tropical fish, in fact so new, tank being delivered today, we have some orniments to go in, plus have ordered some plants on line, once all washed and tank filled and running, how long should we leave it before testing water and adding fish ?, thanks. :roll:

yes, have just set the tank up tonight,
and running it empty (no fish),
will hopefully place live plants in tomorrow, and let it run for a good week
before testing water and adding any fish.
