I just got this new giant shell and I think it looks super cool, what do you think? It is in a ten gallon with one of my bettas, ghost shrimp, mollies, and one sword tail. Look at my aquariums and tell me what you guys think of them?

Ok sorry. On the side where it shows my name it will have a menue thingy click on the circled one the ten gallon First

Then click on the picture that shows the full tank and look at my other tank too and let me know what you think. And here is the Full tank.
And ass you can see the tank looks empty because the betta is hiding behind the Shell

It's pretty but I wouldn't take the chance of messing up your water chemistry.

I have had smaller sea shells like 10 in the tank and no differences in the ph, as far as I can tell because the fish are really happy. The Shell is right under the filter witch is a 15-20 gallon filter in there and I don't know if that will make a difference becuase the shell has been there for about 4 days and no odd behaviors even from the betta. My betta is madd at me because I moved the rocks where the plants are where he used to hide or rest so know he hides behind the shell.

And I read the thread that you gave me and I did see something I did witch was to poor vinegar on the shell to see if it fizzed and it didn't so I am good.

I hope you're right. I'd hate for you to lose your fish because of a pretty shell.
