First the Serverums are way too large for that tank. Regarding the fire mouths and convicts, they will get rather aggressive especially when they spawn.
New 55 gallon
I'm finally going to set up my 55 gallon. I want to go with a couple of fire mouths, a couple of gold serverum, a few red hook silver dollars and maybe a couple of convicts. What's everybody think, are they going to get too big for a 55? Oh yeah I'll probably cycle it with some large tetras.

A 55 is not that big of a tank. You can try keeping a couple of firemouths and a couple of convicts, but there's a good chance you'll run into aggression issues when they are grown. If you want an aggressive tank, that can be done. If you want a more peaceful tank, then that can be done as well.
