I have a 55L tank with 5 guppies.
I was wondering if I could get a Neon dwarf gourami and some neon tetras?
Do I get a male or female Neon dwarf gourami? How many neon tetras can I get in a tank that big? Will they fight? will the gourami get territorial? And any tips on keeping them?

I think you would be better off with just the gourami. The tetrae may be a bit too much but it is doable. The gender will be male unless you are lucky enough to find a female. If you dont want to breed get a male they are the ones you see in the pictures. If you really wanted tetras get three for now and maybe increase to five in a few month . All the species are compatible but the tetras are known to be fin nippers so just watch out for that although I doubt you'll have problems . the gourami will only get territorial if you add more than one gourami. Other than that you are fine they have no care for the other schools you have
