I've got the article of lighting for fish health , it is about lighting for some ornamental fish, but not includes yellow lab. I totally agree the point that proper lighting is good for fish body, and how about the lighting for yellow lab, he is still a baby now.

Finally, the lighting problem is solved on Feb, I replace the light with a hygger 957 warm light because I move the cichlids to a large tank about 100 G, but I don't use the full brightness all day. Everything goes well now.
