Its possible its still Wisteria as the leaves can look different under different types of light intensity. Plus the plant can grow emersed and then the leaves loom totally different. To me it does look like the emersed form of Wisteria. Posted via Mobile Device
Cool thanks for the thoughts. I get worried when I buy from stores like petco and petsmart seeing how they they sell plants that arent supposed to be fully submerged and such.
I prefer to remove them from the pot as this will allow the root system to stretch out into the substrate for nutrients. However, I don't believe it is ultimately necessary because aquatic plants acquire some of their sustenance from the water column. Also, the bacterial cultures and other harmful entities could live in the encased pot and contaminate your water. I'm not entirely certain this is fact but I like to err on the side of caution. If it was up to me , unless it has some sort of cosmetic value to you I would remove the pots and plant them accordingly. I'm no expert though... Just my opinion.
I would remove it if it's some kind of rosette plant as the stuff is impossible to take apart when the roots are well erablished...Also I'd take anubias out as well as the rhizome tends to rot in the pot.
