Oto? I'm not quite sure what that is.

I'm pretty sure it's a siamese flying fox, pets smart had it listed as that and I checked online for pictures

Well pets smart had it listed as Siamese Flying Fox then its max length as one inch, so...Stupid pets smart, I'll be sure to do better research when purchasing fish I'm not familiar with
