What to do now? I cleaned the tank, filled it up and treated the water. Water was perfect. But my pleco did not survive that which killed all my other fish. He had white, cottonwool like growths all over suddenly and it just increased yesterday, so he died today. I am so sad. I want to know what do I do now - change all the water or just leave it to stand for a few weeks before adding any new fish? Thank you.

Awwww Junglebee I'm so sorry you have lost your fish. Especially when you see it go through the tank and hope to come out the other end of an outbreak with at least one.
Did you treat your tank with meds?
Did you tear down completely and scrub the tank? Bleach or vinegar? I think it really depends on what you've done so far.
I would say that running the tank thru a full cycle is a wise idea before adding any fish. Either a fishless cycle or one or 2 new fish to create a bio load.
I'm afraid I can't give any advice on the disease part tho.

Yes I feel its a loss to me, especially with this pleco Iv gotten so attached to. I cleaned the tank thoroughly with warm water only and treated it with Aquasafe. I know water will be fine to add new fish but what I wanted to know is after having the pleco in for three days would it be ok to use the same water for any other new fish, which I dont intend to put in anytime soon by the way. Hope to get any more info from others.

As there are no fish, I would completely drain this tank. Do not use any of the water, since I gather you don't know exactly what killed the fish. Letting the tank and everything in it completely dry out wouldn't be a bad idea.

Sorry for your loss.
I agree....at this stage you'd be best served by doing a total tear down, disinfect, let dry, then start all over again. (Don't forget to disinfect substraight and decor.)
