Picked up a 30 Gallon Oceanic Cube Tank. Came with GKM UV sterilizer. I bought an AqueonQuietFlow 50 filter. Along with a submersible 300 watt heater. I treated with dechlorinator.

I bought 8 Red Pristella Tetras. I am supplementing bacteria with Tetra Safestart. Tank is set at 80. Feeding them TetraMin flakes for now.

Any Advice? How does my tank look?

Keep an eye on your cycle. The TSS recommends you do not change water for two weeks but you will need to once the ammonia, nitrite or the combination of them is over 1ppm to protect your fish.

I am adding quick start daily. That should keep my ammonia and nitrite levels down to where they need to be right?

No it only keeps them below 4ppm which is dangerous.
