Moving fish tank to tank ??

I have an established 37 g tall and an established 75 g. My 37 is getting full (lots of diamond tetra babies) and want to move the diamonds to the 75. Do they have to be acclimated to the new tank (how would you do that?) and do you move them all at once?

The tanks are in the same room and everything should be the same as it can get. Now onto catching the little darlings!
