If the water parameters are the same, I would avoid the stress of acclimating them and put them right over to the tank you want to move them to. If they aren't the same, you can acclimate them in 20-30 minutes, tops.

My 37 is getting full (lots of diamond tetra babies) and want to move the diamonds to the 75. Do they have to be acclimated to the new tank (how would you do that?) and do you move them all at once?
