Hi, I'm new to TFK but excited to talk to other fish lovers. I, probably like a lot of people, got my kids an aquarium. We started with goldfish then moved to tropicals. I went to my LFS after I "thought" the tank was ready and under ill advice we filled it with mollies and neons. They of course started to die and that's when my obsession kicked in. I felt so bad watching these fish die that I became obsessed I think. Anywho, that was then and this is now.
I have a 55g with Gourami, tiger barbs, a large angel fish, 2 featherfins, a dojo, and 2 iridescents (I realize they will need a bigger tank in the future but it was a "felt sorry for these guys" when I got them). I also have a 10g with 2 corydoras, a neon dwarf gourami, and a disabled opaline gourami and a 29g with a large blue African cichlid and a few tiger barbs (this is a relatively new set up). I also have a 10g hospital tank with a couple misfits right now

I hope to have a 100g soon but I have plenty to keep me busy lol. My set up may seem odd but it's peaceful and I'm a sucker for trying to rescue LFS misfits
