So yesterday I got 2 new angels, my first ones. Anyone got some care tips?

I got them from the lfs, first time there. Here is no guarantee on dead fish, and the pinoy was $25 so I'd like to keep him alive! I'm pretty sure the pinoy is a male and the other (either mole or koi or something...) is a female. The pinoy is much larger right now... But they seem to be getting along.
45 gallon tank,
lots of decor.
High filtration, I know they don't like currents much but.. I guess I do have a good amount, 2 air stones, and a 100 gallon rated hob filter.
Tank mates:
6 black skirt tetras
1 black red tailed shark
1 male dwarf gourami
2 dalmation Molly's
The 2 angelfish

My water parameters aren't the best for them either I guess.. Ph is around 7.8, hardness is very high, temp is at 78.
What about feeding? Do they need frozen food daily? Or can that be an occasional thing? Will freeze dried bloodworms and brine shrimp be sufficient? Flakes? Are hey slow eaters?

Angels prefers a well planted aquarium of at least 30 gallons with soft, slightly acidic water. Rocks and driftwood can be added to the aquarium, but leave plenty of space for swimming...Angels needs to be fed a variety of foods including vegetables as well as meaty foods. Feed a quality flake food as well as live and frozen foods such as brine shrimp and bloodworms...im no expert but thats what iv researched on them as im getting a pair v.soon for myslef

p.s its good to let your fish go a day or two without food to mimic a normal life..i wont feed mine on saturday and sundays to keep there normal instinct to look for food natural..but thats ,y personall choice.

Yes, I always don't feed them once a week. What kind of veggies? I blanch zucchini for my pleco sometimes and peas for everyone. Would they pick off a chunk or do I need to cut it up? They're alive! Yay! I've heard they're delicate... I can't get them the frozen bloodworms too easy with all the hungry fish in the tank! Haha, I used my pippet and held them a tiny bit above water and they slightly listen their heads, maybe a little jump, for it. Hope that's ok what about freeze dried?

Yeah.. There's rocks and driftwood, and sand. I can't really make my water softer
