So we just did a tank cleaning and came back through once it all set back up and discovered out and about - a cory catfish baby. It'd say it's between 1 to 1.5 centimeters in length. We didn't plan on it or anything, but yet, there he is.
The tank is a 20 long and has only cory cats (most likely false juliis) it in it currently (and 3 nerite snails). Lightly planted but a decent degree of cover due to driftwood.

Any advice how how to keep him thriving? or at this point with him surviving this long, should we expect he's pretty good to go and just be eating with the adults are eating?

Yeah, he pretty much a big boy now; should accept what the adults are eating. If not, fine dry food - like granules - would be suitable until he retains a larger size.
