if they are bolivian rams you should get4 if you can fit them, that way there is a higher chance of a breeding pair.

my bolivian rams couldnt care less about my other fish (danios) if anything, they are scared of my danios, fighting should cease after a while, if not then maybe throw in a few female rams in there to give the male "something to do"
