Noticed recently a few of my bloodfins seem to be itchy. Water parameters and temp are within normal ranges and nothing new has been added to the tank. There aren’t any white spots and from what I can see no foreign bodies on the fish. How can I relieve their issue?iCloud

That's called flicking. And there are a number of possible causes; parasites, high ammonia, sudden change in pH, among other reasons.
