So a few weeks ago I started a new 27Gal "Cube" Planted tank. The plant pack I purchased came with mostly low light and a few moderate light plants. I have been using flourish comp twice a week since.
My levels in my water are normal for my area.

ph: 7.3ish
everything else: 0

The problem is that after the amount of time my plants have been going they have showed very little growth to no growth at all.

My Lace Java Ferns have wilted to a fraction on their former selves.
My Anacharis are a very dark dark red, and the little growths I have are growing in various weird angles.
My Cabomba is very very lush and green.
My Chainsword is fine.
My Swordplant is amazing!
Heres the pack I have: Aquatic Plants for Freshwater Aquariums: Aquarium Plant Pack - Deluxe

But here's the problem I could be having...
I am running 1 Double Bright LED Lighting system with 6,1 Watt White LED's and 3,1 Watt Blue LED's
with a total of 450Lumens...
I find a lot of info on the regular lights but nothing on the proper amount of LED's for this tank.
Please help...

*I am worried about adding too much light with my panda corys so any help with that would be amazing*

everything else = 0 means that it's probably time to add some ferts! haha
I'm not a led lighting expert, so let's wait for one of those to come along ;)

Can you give me a link to your lighting fixture data?

What is the GH of your tap water? I am assuming your "0" refers to ammonia, nitrite and nitrate.

Also, how long is the light on daily?

On the growth rate, this depends upon many factors: light, nutrients, temperature, fish load, plant species.

Byron.
