On my budget which one will work best ?

Get a fluval 306, it is amazing. I have one on my 29 along with a aqueon quietflow 10 and them together work wonders. Just wait till the filter goes on sale online and they will price match it. I got the fluval, new, for only 60 bucks! They are both wicked quiet, you will be very happy with it.

You'll get a lot of different opinions. Me personally? I would choose an AquaClear 50. It happens to be on sale at PetSmart.
