I was wondering I have 2 hydrometers one I have been using for a year or so and one that I got with a new tank I bought. for the hell of it I put the same water in both hydrometers and as you can see I didn't get the same reading. I checked there are no bubbles on either meter.

Does anybody know what one I should use. the difference is a good amount .002

Thanks I will try the warm water thing. but the IO is reading higher not lower.

well i soaked them and this is the new reading what one do you recommend I go with.
