Hi! New to fishkeeping. I recently went to Pet Supermarket and bought 3 honey Gourami (2 female, 1 Male) and had one of the female die on me this morning. I had them for right about 3 days and they were all eating and seemingly normal and all of a sudden woke up to one dead next to the heater. I have 6 velvet Swordtail, 4 corydora, 3 Otos, 2 African Dwarf Frogs as tankmates. I have several live plants and a singular fake plant in the aquarium as well as 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite and 5 nitrate. I also keep the aquarium at 75F.
Not sure what I am doing wrong, just weird to have one die on me, wondering if this is a warning sign, I really do not want the rest of the fish to die.

Male Gouramis tend to be aggressive towards females for mating reasons. You should have 1 male and 1 female to attempt to make a pair or if you wish to have slightly less breeding get 3 females per 1 male.
