My name is Mari and I'm a busy college student and full-time worker.
I kept some fish growing up here and there, but moving made it difficult. Now, my coworker who has kept planted tanks for some time re-sparked my interest and I have my new tank cycling!
It's a 10G tank with a couple of bags of gravel and a HOB filter for a 20G. It has a decent 19 watt light and has been cycling for just over half a week, and has another week and a half to go. Tonight I may be adding some plants and driftwood, courtesy of my coworker, but will for sure pick some up on Saturday or Sunday!
My lovely Pea Puffers will come home as soon as the tank is done cycling.
