Hey everybody. My names Chad, I'm 24 from New Orleans, Louisiana. I just jumped into fishkeeping about two weeks ago and have been fascinated ever since. I have one aquarium at this time(eventually going to purchase more), it's a tropical freshwater tank with 3 zebra danios to start off with.

Hi Chad! I'm Amanda from Mobile, Alabama. Welcome to the site and welcome to fishkeeping. If I won the lottery tonight, I would quit being a nurse tomorrow and be a full time aquarist 
It's rather addicting. I enjoy every aspect of it from researching, starting the tanks, routine maintenance, water chemistry, and just sitting back and watching my fish. It's so relaxing to me. Why didn't my guidance counselor tell me I could make a living at this when I was in high school? lol

Im getting ready to start on a 10 gallon nano reef. Itll be my first attempt at saltwater. Ive spent the last few months heavily researching. Im really exciting.
